Photo radar is BS. Why? Because it mails you a ticket. Why do they have photo radar? They'll say "for traffic safety" How is it for safety when you don't get notified untill days after the incident? Total BS. If I'm speeding, I'm ready to be pulled over, by a human officer who is paid from tax dollars. At that time, they will tell me I've been speeding, and notify me that it is unsafe to do so. I don't want my tax dollars going to a fucking camera, one less set of boots on the street making my neighborhood safer.
